SkyeMusicNexus

The artist page becomes the business.

SkyeMusicNexus turns a music artist into a real owned surface: profile, drops, preview playback, private full-song access, fan support, merch slots, booking, email capture, blog/content engine, SkyePay checkout, and proof receipts tied to that artist's ID.

End-to-end process

From one artist picture to a fan-money surface.

The SupaBoy-style build is not a template offer. It is the high-touch version of a repeatable platform path: asset intake, artist identity, release metadata, media world, storefront, paid access, proof, and payout review.

01

Artist intake

Artist claims or receives a SkyeMusicNexus node with a gate session, artist ID, profile photo, links, rights notes, and payout paperwork status.

02

Surface build

The artist page gets gallery, EPK, booking, media, fan CTA, drop modules, and the visual universe appropriate to that artist instead of generic content.

03

Release packaging

Uploads become release objects with preview audio, private full-access routes, track metadata, cover/canvas notes, and proof receipts.

04

Nexus Shop

Fans can buy singles, bundles, full downloads, merch, support/tip products, fan passes, show links, or booking/media requests from the artist page.

05

SkyePay ledger

Each checkout carries hashed artist ID metadata, drop ID, SKU, fee policy, Stripe payment IDs, fulfillment route, and payout-batch state.

06

Biweekly payout

The company reviews captured sales, fees, refunds, disputes, rights holds, and paperwork before releasing artist payout batches every two weeks.

Artist management lane

Artists can sign for serious management without giving up their music.

This lane is for exclusive management, campaign management, and growth support. It is not a hidden distribution deal, publishing assignment, royalty grab, or master ownership transfer.

Management onboarding

Artist signs the correct 0S paperwork, completes rights notes and payout profile, receives an Account Executive lane, and starts a biweekly meeting rhythm for content, drops, and business decisions.

  • Exclusive or managed artist lane only when the written agreement says so.
  • One-time launch build plus optional monthly management and content engine retainers.
  • SkyeNet site deployment, SkyePay checkout, proof receipts, blog/content base, and AE handoff.

365-day content push

The 0S can package a longform blog base, SkyeNet publishing lane, Nexus feature slots, Media Over London creative requests, and June 2026 social-surface planning into a year-long publicity calendar.

  • Daily blog/post plan can be sold when scope, approvals, content review, and publishing access are written down.
  • Social expansion targets: Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn content packs.
  • Claims stay tied to what is proven: content production and publication systems, not guaranteed virality.

Ownership boundary

Skyes Over London does not own the artist's music by default, does not become the distributor by default, and does not take royalties unless a separate signed agreement creates that right.

  • Artists retain masters, compositions, likeness, and media rights unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
  • Platform hosting, preview, gallery, and marketing rights are limited service licenses.
  • Distribution, licensing, sync, publishing, or royalty lanes require separate provider/legal proof before public claims.

Nexus Shop + SkyePay

Every artist page needs a money layer.

Do not leave artist pages as pretty bios. Every page should be able to sell, collect support, prove fulfillment, and show the artist what they earned.

Fan purchase surfaces

  • Buy the single, EP, album, bundle, or private full-song package after preview playback.
  • Support the artist with tips/support payments. Do not call it a charitable donation unless the legal/tax entity supports that claim.
  • Buy merch, tickets, meet-and-greet slots, fan passes, or behind-the-drop access.
  • Request booking, media, features, interviews, or brand collaborations through gated inquiry cards.
  • Join email/SMS campaigns connected to the 0S content and outreach engines.

Drop pricing lab

Let the artist choose the price. Respect the 13% platform fee.

For small music purchases, Stripe's fixed fee matters. A $1.99 single is allowed, but the system should show the artist the real math before they pick buyer-covered or artist-absorbed fees.

$

Default assumptions: US domestic card pricing at 2.9% + 30 cents, 13% platform fee, USD minimum charge of $0.50.

Fan listed price$2.63
Artist target/base$1.99
13% platform fee$0.26
Estimated Stripe fee$0.38
Estimated artist payout$1.99

Buyer covers both is the clean default for low-ticket drops: the fan pays the artist price, platform fee, and estimated processing cost so the artist target stays intact.

$1.99 singles

Good for impulse support, but the 30 cent card fee is heavy. Use buyer-covered fees or bundle with tips/fan-pass upsells.

$4.99-$6.99 packs

Better for a single plus bonus file, alternate mix, short visualizer, lyrics PDF, or early access package.

$9.99+ bundles

Best for EP/album packages, private downloads, behind-the-scenes media, and campaign-level fan value.

Artist referral layer

Artists see exactly how referrals can pay.

Qualified SkyeMusicNexus artist referrals earn 40% of eligible onboarded spend after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, processor fees, paperwork holds, and owner approval are cleared.

Artist Host$3.60/mo

40% of the $9/mo tier above Free99.

Artist Collective$39.60 setup + $11.60/mo

40% of $99 setup and $29/mo.

Managed Music Ops$199.60 setup + $39.60/mo

40% of $499 setup and $99/mo.

Single Drop Page$95.60

40% of the $239 launch due after the $2,000 SkyeMerit.

Artist Page / EPK$177.60

40% of the $444 launch due.

Custom Universe$478.80+

40% of the $1,197+ starting floor.

SkyePay upsell rule

SkyePay can recommend similar add-ons and ask whether the buyer wants an additional SkyeMerit today. When accepted, the add-on product can receive 31% off plus a 31% SkyeMerit, but guardrails keep stacked merit from making premium or unlimited plans free unless the owner explicitly approves that outcome.

Blog and education engine

The platform should teach artists how to make better money decisions.

Every paid drop can generate more than a checkout link. It can generate a pricing explainer, fan post, email, social copy, EPK update, and an artist-facing business lesson.

01

How to price a $1.99 single

Show Stripe fixed-fee impact, platform fee options, and why buyer-covered fees protect low-ticket drops.

02

When to bundle instead of sell one track

Explain EP packs, private downloads, bonus media, and fan-pass positioning.

03

Vendor, contractor, or both

Teach artists the difference between selling through the platform and being paid for company deliverables.

04

What fans get after checkout

Preview first, then gated stream, signed package, private download, or access pass.

05

How to grow the drop after launch

Use 0S email campaigns, Relay13 rooms, content packs, proof pages, and Media Over London visuals.

06

Artist business setup

Guide artists into email, docs, agreements, invoices, landing pages, and incorporation support when they are ready.
