## What This Document Is

A plain-language valuation brief for MetrAIyux 0S as of June 6, 2026. Factual breakdown of what the asset is, what it contains, what comparable assets cost in the market, and what it can generate as a deployed SaaS product.

All claims in this document are substantiated. Deployment status has been independently verified via live HTTP responses, CF-Ray header confirmation, the May 17, 2026 SkyeVault Git remote proof receipt, the May 19, 2026 SkySecure FS27 Vault proof receipt, the May 20, 2026 gate-owned remote MCP proof, the May 23, 2026 SkyeMusicNexus/contractor-onboarding/SkyeNet drop receipts, the May 25, 2026 full-repo Codex inventory plus remediation pass, the May 29 SkyeVault daemon correction that moved autosync full mode to encrypted literal all-bytes repo custody by default, the June 1/2 SkyeVault living-current mirror proof with `374,299` files, `20,690,727,654` current bytes, encrypted owner-unlock protected files, and an R2 export unlock-proved into a repaired Git work tree, the June 1, 2026 SkyeMail/SkyePay proof pack, the June 2/3 final 0S closeout pack, the June 3 SkyeMusicNexus DAW Alpha production proof, and the June 4 SkyeDocxMax production proof: Kailanthian bridge stress `90/90`, creation-income/workforce stress `54/54`, public-docs live route stress `63/63`, SkyeSol SkyeNet live route checks `44/44`, all with `0` failures.

The current valuation no longer treats component replacement cost as the primary value method. The master value is now calculated from the full repo codebase, static crawl, live deployment proof, SkyeWay route atlas, standalone platform lanes, pricing registry, smoke/stress/e2e receipts, remediation receipts, proof artifacts, operating-company history, platform lineage, and the current SkyePay high-ticket catalog. Public 0S SaaS retained ARR remains an additive revenue-multiple layer, not a reduction to live engineering and operating-company value.

Current structured valuation record lives in the gated 0S data layer.

---

## June 6 Public Valuation Movement Note

The June 6 correction moved the headline valuation bands because the prior public model undercounted the autonomous CDE as its own product before adding it to the operating-company layer, platform lineage, service history, high-ticket SkyePay catalog, Reape0r13 source movement, and SkyeDocxMax-to-Nexus creation-income proof. The current directional ranges are:

- Autonomous CDE standalone product band: **$180M-$520M**
- Autonomous CDE raw support stack before overlap/risk discount: **$229M-$595M**
- Full-repo engineering replacement value: **$250M-$620M**
- Productized multi-SaaS platform value: **$520M-$1.45B**
- Founder/operator general range: **$700M-$2.0B**
- Operating-company platform range: **$950M-$3.0B**
- Strategic integrated-OS ceiling: **$2.4B-$7.0B**

What changed is not only diligence posture. The proof confidence improved, but the model itself also changed: the 0S is the productized surface of an operating company and private internal toolchain, not only a repo replacement exercise. SkyeDocxMax now proves a creation packet can move through language, Nexus social, Relay13 collaboration, Store intent, WebCreator, and RouteX workforce lanes. The autonomous CDE now proves a protected build loop across Skydexia, source custody, Reape0r/Reape0r13, Relay13, and SkyeNet deployment. ARR, retention, margin, churn, CAC, and paid customer concentration still matter, but they are upside layers on top of the current platform/company value.

Public proof trail: `https://devooderator.pages.dev/proof/0s-extensive-work/`.

Public credibility note: buyer-facing pages use approved public records, named case studies, and live platform proof.

Valuation impact: the autonomous CDE is now modeled first at `$180M-$520M` as a standalone product lane with `$229M-$595M` in raw component support before discount. The directional engineering replacement conversation moves to `$250M-$620M`, the productized multi-SaaS platform conversation moves to `$520M-$1.45B`, the founder/operator conversation moves to `$700M-$2.0B`, and the strategic integrated-OS ceiling moves to `$2.4B-$7.0B`. ARR projections add to this model; they are not the gate on today's asset value.

## June 6 Autonomous CDE-First Valuation

The autonomous CDE is now counted first as a product lane before it is added to the 0S valuation. It is not only a recovered source folder and not only a Theia-style editor surface. The current proof ties Skydexia's build workspace to Vault/Drive/R2 custody, Reape0r/Reape0r13 source operators, Relay13 proof communication, Kaixu gate control, Theia/OpenHands-style runtime architecture, protected runtime access, and SkyeNet deployment.

New autonomous CDE proof:

- Production close gate is green with `39` green checks, `0` red checks, and no blockers.
- Deployment proof is green for the SkyeNet CDE surface.
- Custody proof covers `197,508` mounted workspace files.
- Local recovered CDE tree is about `16G` with `743,138` files.
- Platform registry shows `29` platform lanes, `113` packages, `76` ready launch profiles, and `39` ready smoke profiles.
- Session proof treats `30` bounded sessions as a floor/regression lane and separately proves a `2,500`-session ramp under safety timebox.
- Custody id: `skyequantacore-6eda96cf69d8ba5c00cc`.
- Archive SHA-256: `6eda96cf69d8ba5c00cc1c5559e27e07daafbec9c41ae4ced7fa3bf82b5fbe5c`.
- Public raw-runtime access rejects unauthenticated requests with `401`.
- SkyeNet deployment id: `dep_cde_20260606165435`.
- The sovereign workspace flow marks base infrastructure ready, end-to-end client workspace ready, and the public unicorn claim ready.
- Boundary: the physical 90GB Skydexia payload is not booked as present; current evidence shows about `6.0593 GiB` of knowledge/model payload in this workspace.

Primary CDE receipts:

- `.1/IGNORED/autonomous-cde/SkyeAutonomousCDE/.skyequanta/reports/AUTONOMOUS_CDE_PRODUCTION_CLOSE_GATE.json`
- `.1/IGNORED/autonomous-cde/SkyeAutonomousCDE/.skyequanta/reports/SKYENET_CDE_PRODUCTION_DEPLOYMENT_PROOF.json`
- `.1/IGNORED/autonomous-cde/SkyeAutonomousCDE/.skyequanta/reports/CDE_PUBLIC_TUNNEL_ROUTE_PROOF.json`
- `.1/IGNORED/autonomous-cde/SkyeAutonomousCDE/.skyequanta/reports/CDE_SESSION_CAPACITY_RAMP.json`
- `.1/IGNORED/autonomous-cde/SkyeAutonomousCDE/.skyequanta/reports/SOVEREIGN_CODEBASE_CUSTODY_PROOF.json`
- `.1/IGNORED/autonomous-cde/SkyeAutonomousCDE/.skyequanta/reports/SKYDEXIA_90GB_PAYLOAD_PROOF.json`
- `test-artifacts/sovereign-workspace-flow/sovereign-workspace-flow-20260606T170157Z.json`

Valuation impact: the autonomous CDE standalone product band is `$180M-$520M`, the raw CDE support stack is `$229M-$595M`, and the master valuation bands move to the June 6 ranges above. This does not claim booked CDE ARR, unlimited GPU capacity, physical 90GB corpus presence, or guaranteed customer adoption. It increases platform asset value because the 0S now has a protected autonomous builder tied to custody, proof, and deployment.

---

## June 4 SkyeDocxMax Creation-Income Addendum

SkyeDocxMax is now counted as canonical 0S creation infrastructure, not only as a document editor. The parent Max surface embeds the Kailanthian Language OS and proves document/content packets moving into Nexus social posting, Relay13 collaboration messaging, Nexus Store intent, SkyeWebCreatorMax import, RouteX workforce jobs, and SkyePay-boundary-aware income workflows.

New SkyeDocxMax proof:

- Canonical SkyeDocxMax parent editor route is `/Marketing-Made-Easy/SkyeDocxMax/editor.html`.
- Kailanthian bridge stress passed `90/90` live reads with `0` failures.
- Creation-income/workforce proof passed `54/54` live reads with `0` failures.
- Public docs/live route proof passed `63/63` reads with `0` failures.
- SkyeSol SkyeNet live route gate passed `44` checks after the site stopped promoting a native dynasty SkyeDocx copy and pointed users toward the upgraded Max version in the 0S.
- Nexus post: `kailanthian_nexus_bridge_skyedocxmax_kailanthian_bridge_2026_06_04t16_00_58_668z`.
- Relay13 conversation: `conv_c48a7ca7-fb67-4a4b-a0fc-4999361f70ed`.
- Nexus income post: `skydocxmax_income_nexus_skyedocxmax_income_workforce_2026_06_04t16_02_09_286z`.
- RouteX job: `job_ff0378c0-6352-41bb-b063-c21d37db9c56`.
- SkyeSol SkyeNet deployment: `dep_20260604141310`.

Primary SkyeDocxMax receipts:

- `test-artifacts/skyedocxmax-kailanthian-production/live-bridge-latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyedocxmax-income-workforce-production/live-income-workforce-latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyedocxmax-public-docs-refresh/live-http-latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyedocxmax-nexus-income-alignment/latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyesol-skynet-live-route-gate/latest.json`

Valuation impact: the SkyeDocxMax creation-income studio component is now modeled at `$1.2M-$2.6M` inside the productized platform story. This does not claim external payout automation, guaranteed product sales, or guaranteed social reach. It increases platform asset value because the creation surface now has production receipts across social, messaging, store intent, web creation, workforce, public docs, and SkyeSol public handoff.

---

## June 3 Reape0r Sovereign Parity Addendum

Reape0r v1.3.6 is now counted as a source-control and custody capability inside the platform value, not only as a download helper. The lane gives users SkyeVault/Drive-first source sync, local git commit/diff/status visibility, receipts before external push, optional GitHub/Codespace mirroring, and a paid runtime package that does not expose the owner development source.

New Reape0r proof:

- Focused Codespace parity proof passed `19` checks.
- Sovereign parity stress passed `13` cycles with `0` failures.
- Platform proof passed `80` checks with `0` blockers.
- The runtime package remains deterministic at version `1.3.6` with SHA-256 `95c8cd92646ba8929dc38d2c4eee2ad35bf4c0cab8fcafce32d6f09b078439dd`.
- The buyer package stays a runtime lane: no full development source, no source maps, settled-payment package gating, plan-aware install center, shared-gate owner package access, portal-key upload, verify/restore, and service templates.
- `sovereign-sync` commits locally, syncs to SkyeVault/Drive first, returns receipts, and only pushes to GitHub/Codespace when `--push-git` is explicit.
- Final live worker versions for the surface pass are 0S Worker `e9d71c05-3184-4f93-885a-dba4808c581c` and FS27 Worker `abef0720-bd85-458a-a253-383a7a7f341f`.

Primary Reape0r receipts:

- `test-artifacts/skyevault-agent-codespace-parity/latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyevault-agent-codespace-parity-stress/latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyevault-agent-package/latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyevault-agent-platform/latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-worker-deploy/2026-06-03T17-02-31-755Z-worker-deploy.json`

Valuation impact: the SkyeVault/Reape0r/Reape0r13 component range moves to `$2.4M-$5.4M`, the raw platform stack support total moves to `$21.4M-$43.2M`, and the master valuation baseline increases because the 0S now has a proven sovereign source-control replacement lane plus a Relay13-visible command room for ignored external codebase scans, selected-file imports, and local bridge handoff.

---

## June 4 Reape0r13 Relay Command-Room Addendum

Reape0r13 Relay is now counted as a source-control command-room capability inside the platform value, not as a cosmetic companion page. It adds a Relay13-visible lane for ignored external codebases: scan outside Git, choose the files that belong, import them into the live repo, hand writes through the local Reape0r bridge when explicitly running, and post receipts back into the operator room.

New Reape0r13 proof:

- Local Reape0r13 Relay proof passed `8/8` checks: init, doctor, ignored-codebase scan, selected-file import, local bridge health, bridge import, and receipt existence.
- Runtime package proof passed with deterministic SHA-256 `7160d8842210117af47a96f5b46180bb116a72b32dea171831081d498ea469aa`.
- Live HTTP stress passed `100/100` with no failures across package gating, installer gate, FS27 no-trial offers, and Relay13 route health.
- Live Relay13 command API proof listed, claimed, receipted, and verified a queued command through a temporary scoped agent key, then revoked that proof key.
- Post-deploy live smoke passed `12/12`, including DevodeRator posts, gated 0S tutorial, gated install center, payment-required manifest/archive, SkyePay catalog copy, no-trial offer metadata, and protected Relay13 routes.
- Public/runtime delivery remains payment-first and runtime-only: no seven-day trial, no full source package, no source maps, and no resale permission.

Valuation impact: the SkyeVault/Reape0r/Reape0r13 component range moves to `$2.4M-$5.4M`, the raw platform stack support total moves to `$21.4M-$43.2M`, the full-repo engineering range moves to `$25M-$42M`, the productized multi-SaaS platform band moves to `$44M-$105M`, the founder/operator range moves to `$40M-$110M`, and the strategic integrated-OS ceiling moves to `$110M-$255M`. This does not claim new booked ARR; it increases the established-company platform baseline because source custody now has a visible command-and-receipt room.

## June 3 SkyeMusicNexus Native DAW Addendum

The native DAW Alpha is now counted as production-proven creation/export infrastructure inside the productized platform band, not as a cosmetic music-page feature. The public DAW lives at `https://skye-music-nexus.pages.dev/public/daw`, with Pages deployment `7aa0f4d1-256f-4db5-a214-2ee1519bcfad` and final 0S Worker version `1623c792-3a1e-47a6-9793-e0d2b80fd43a`.

New DAW proof:

- Public Pages API routing now proxies `/api/skymusicnexus/music-studio`, `/api/skymusicnexus/skygate-session`, and owner login/introspection paths through the shared 0S gate/API lane.
- The DAW now carries region editing, per-region gain/offset/fade handling, waveform/timeline receipts, mixdown render receipts, stem bundle receipts, rights packets, Release Forge readiness, shared 0S gate session controls, cloud-save status, and export-queue status.
- Studio projects and export jobs persist under dedicated row keys with compact payloads instead of hot shared-index writes.
- Direct `projectId` and `exportId` read-after-write routes are the immediate save/export confirmation contract; the broad list endpoint remains mounted for cloud browsing.
- Local DAW closure and severe smoke passed with `0` failures.
- Final public Pages DAW HTTP stress passed `240/240` at concurrency `24` with `0` failures.
- Public Pages API gate proof confirmed unauthenticated studio/session API requests return gated status instead of leaking access.
- Authenticated 0S studio API proof passed `15` queued exports plus `60` signed direct readbacks at concurrency `12` with `0` failures.
- 0S-mounted route proof confirmed unauthenticated shared-gate blocking and authenticated DAW/pricing renders.
- Public Alpha copy proof passed `6/6` live pages with Alpha present and old status absent.
- DAW Alpha access is `$0` through December 31, 2026, with `0` dedicated paid DAW SkyePay/Stripe SKU records.

Primary DAW receipts:

- `test-artifacts/skyemusicnexus-daw/daw-alpha-pages-http-stress-2026-06-03-final.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyemusicnexus-daw/daw-alpha-0s-api-smoke-2026-06-03-heavy.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyemusicnexus-daw/daw-alpha-payment-pricing-audit-2026-06-03.json`
- `test-artifacts/cloudflare-pages/skye-music-nexus-alpha-final-direct-upload-receipt.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-worker-deploy/2026-06-03T16-20-26-532Z-worker-deploy.json`

Valuation impact: this moves the productized multi-SaaS platform band from the prior lower June model to `$44M-$105M` and the SkyeMusicNexus component range from `$2.1M-$4.1M` to `$2.8M-$5.6M`. It does not claim new booked ARR, label adoption, or artist retention. It improves platform asset value because the music creation/export room now has production storage, shared auth, direct readback, and stress receipts behind it.

---

## June 3 Final Closeout Addendum

The June 3 closeout strengthens diligence quality, shared-auth credibility, and buyer/operator confidence, and those facts now sit inside the corrected operating-company platform valuation.

New closeout proof:

- Production closure is green with `ok:true`, generated `2026-06-03T00:00:26.834Z`.
- Final main Worker version is `70b546c5-2acb-4c23-a6e9-725ad777139f`; the deploy receipt staged `3,646` files, uploaded `0` changed assets, found `0` sensitive filenames, and kept secret-file staging blocked.
- Truth ledger is `24/24` built with `0` partial, failing, unproven, untracked, or not-built workflows.
- Live capability watch is `9/9` with `0` warn, fail, skipped, or blocked checks.
- Auth spine guard passed `75` checks with `0` blockers and `0` warnings across the shared gate, Worker, FS27, SkyeVault, SkyeMusicNexus, SkyeRouteX, NorthStar, and admin-owner lanes.
- Mounted-app control proof is green across `108/108` apps: `1,057/1,057` buttons wired, `1,943/1,943` links wired, `83/83` forms wired, `155/155` selects wired, and `140/140` fetch targets contract-backed.
- App deep closure is green across `108/108` apps with `104` scenarios, `0` route/auth failures, `0` missing scenarios, `0` missing required evidence, and state `deep_closed`.
- Live human browser E2E closeout proof covered `4` apps, `8` viewport rows, `714` browser controls, `566` visible controls, `280` activated controls, `48` screenshots, `8` command-bridge telemetry readbacks, `0` failed actions, `0` bad responses, `0` console errors, and `0` page errors.
- Free99 owner/demo login now uses the shared root-env gate credential source. Public docs name only the env key `SKYGATEFS13_ADMIN_PASSWORD`; they do not publish the password, bearer, signed URL, or admin code.
- Guided tours and celebrations are now scoped as shared 0S experience-layer requirements: `react-joyride` for React tour surfaces, `react-confetti` for React celebration overlays, `canvas-confetti` for static/vanilla pages when appropriate, with reduced-motion handling and receipt-aware triggers.

Primary closeout receipts:

- `test-artifacts/0s-worker-deploy/2026-06-03T00-01-11-467Z-worker-deploy.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-production-closure/2026-06-03T00-00-24-951Z/receipt.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-truth-ledger/2026-06-02T23-59-49-446Z/receipt.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-live-capability-watch/2026-06-02T23-59-27-394Z/receipt.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-auth-spine-guard/latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-mounted-app-control-proof/0s-mounted-app-control-proof-latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-app-deep-closure/0s-app-deep-closure-latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-operating-proof-matrix/0s-operating-proof-matrix-latest.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-live-human-browser-e2e/2026-06-02T23-19-33-258Z/receipt.json`
- `test-artifacts/0s-real-user-readiness/2026-06-02T23-48-52-700Z/receipt.json`
- `test-artifacts/skyemail-zoho-alias-capacity/2026-06-02T23-48-39-683Z/receipt.json`

Valuation impact: this closes the proof argument that the 0S was still a loose set of demos. It improves diligence quality, operational confidence, shared-auth credibility, and acquisition review posture. It still does not convert the platform into a revenue-multiple valuation until retained paying-customer history exists.

---

## June 1 Commercial Readiness Addendum

The commercial-readiness evidence improved: SkyeMail now acts as a buyer-facing 0S entry lane rather than an isolated inbox, and SkyePay now has a proof specifically designed to catch paid products that would leave a buyer unclear about access. This commercial evidence is now counted alongside operating-company history instead of being treated as a reason to freeze the bands.

New buyer-readiness proof:

- SkyeMail is consistently framed as `SkyeMail backed by Citadel Database and SkyeNet`.
- SkyeMail human-production smoke passed `61/61` checks with selected mailbox `darthom-intelligence@solenterprises.org` and `28` provisioned mailboxes in the receipt.
- SkyeMail live stress passed `120/120` OK in the final pass.
- SaaS customer visuals now read back receipt-backed thank-you rows, a `Thank-yous` KPI, route proof, and flow proof.
- SkyePay buyer-fulfillment truth proof checked `165` live public offers with `0` failures.
- SkyePay live catalog and Stripe parity now represent `165` live offers and `185` price records with `0` price failures in the deep workspace scan.
- SkyePay self-serve live access proof checked `9/9` self-serve offers with `0` failures; the three primary SkyeMail mailbox plans were intentionally moved to capacity-approval fulfillment instead of instant self-serve.
- FS27/SkyePay was redeployed as Worker version `018ba537-c1a4-418c-a803-3029fb77bcd7` specifically to make that mailbox-capacity truth live.
- The follow-up sales-registry proof closed the Relay13 AI product gap and checked `165` source SkyePay offers, `41` approved fixed-price sales offers, and `12` direct-money platform mappings with `0` failures.
- SkyePay settlement catalog parity checked `173` price records and returned `0` failed records.
- Current public live SkyePay receipts, source catalog, and settlement-price parity are aligned at the `165`-offer state after the FS27 redeploy; SkyePay order records for this proof lane route through the Citadel D1 ledger.
- Paid SkyeCommerce orders now have a coded SkyePay completion callback: the checkout token is preserved in payment metadata, checkout completion notifies SkyeCommerce through its existing signed payment webhook, SkyeCommerce accepts the shared SkyePay/SkyeCommerce signature, and public storefront paid checkout is forced through SkyePay so buyers do not choose an unsynced direct provider path.
- SkyeMail alias-capacity cleanup deleted `4` generated GRAYSCAPE467 proof aliases, repaired `4` stale SkyeMail DB rows, and explicitly selected no owner/business aliases.
- The follow-up real-user readiness proof passed `22` live non-browser checks with zero warnings/failures across signup, FS27, workspace, SkyeNet publish, SkyeMail alias mailbox, outbound send, proof-loop inbox record, and inbox list readback.
- The broader 0S operating matrix is now green across `108/108` mounted apps, `108/108` app behavior rows, and `24/24` behavior lanes with create, read, update-or-closeout, receipt-readback, stress, and Founder Command visibility coverage.

- `metraiyux_0s_site/SkyeCommerce/tests/skyepay-payment-webhook-route.test.js`

Valuation impact: this strengthens sellability and diligence quality, especially for email-led customer acquisition and paid-product fulfillment. It does not convert the platform into a revenue-multiple valuation until actual paying-customer history exists.

## The Platform

MetrAIyux 0S is a live business operating system consisting of:

**Static Site Layer**
- 875+ HTML pages — marketing, admin command center, sales enablement library, client portal, knowledge base, blog, government readiness, governance center, proof vault, download center, AE command center, revenue ops.
- 725 knowledge base chunks indexed for brain context retrieval.
- 40+ city and service-specific SEO pages targeting staffing and operations verticals.
- 20+ long-form thought leadership blog articles.
- llms.txt for AI crawler indexing, sitemap.xml, robots.txt.

**17 Live Cloudflare Workers (core stack)**
1. `metraiyux-0s-full-system` — Main system entry, full site serving, admin request proxying, D1 routing.
2. `admin-automation-brain` — 17-brain command routing, D1 audit logging, KV caching, Queue dispatch, Resend approval emails.
3. `omeg4kai-security-gateway` — Two-layer command scanner, tenant isolation, D1 event recording, Queue escalation.
4. `sovereign-saas-provisioning-worker` — Customer signup, workspace creation, SkyePay checkout, tenant provisioning.
5. `crown-site-operator` — CROWN command rooms, approval gates, operating ledger.
6. `sovereign-13-cabinet-nexus-operator` — NEXUS CRM records, inbox triage, brain-to-brain routing.
7. `sovereign-13-site-operator-quantum` — QUANTUM route/task/event/ledger endpoints, D1 + KV fallback.
8. `sovereign-13-cabinet-sentinel-operator` — Sentinel audit trail, receipt integrity, anomaly detection.
9. `kaixu-6-7-brain` — Sovereign AI inference gateway with plan-gated variants and FS27 credit metering.

**9 Live SQL Database Lanes** — core platform ledgers for admin, security, SaaS, CROWN, NEXUS, QUANTUM/site-operator, Sentinel, SkyeGate, and the dedicated CitadelDB lane. kAIxu uses FS27 metering policy and SkyeVault adds Git/snapshot ledgers without pretending every Worker needs its own database.

**17-Brain Autonomous Command Model** — Site Operator, 0meg4kAI Security, Central Command, Owner Command (Owner), Marcus Vale (Operations), Celeste Monroe (Sales/AE), Adrian Cross (Client Success), Naomi Sterling (Finance), Julian Mercer (Legal/Compliance), Sienna Brooks (HR/Staffing), Orion Hayes (Technology), Valentina Reyes (Marketing/Brand), Donovan Pierce (Government/Enterprise), Helena Ward (Partnerships), Victor Saint (QA/Performance), Amara Voss (Innovation/Expansion), and kAIxu 6.7 sovereign inference.

**SkyeGateFS27 Auth Platform** — Live at its own Cloudflare Worker. Bearer token introspection, role/scope validation, email allowlist, admin session management. Separate deployable platform that MetrAIyux 0S consumes.

**SkyeNet Deploy Lane** — FS27-owned in-house drop hosting for static edge surfaces. The lane writes build artifacts into the SkyeNet asset vault, registers host/path routes, exposes gated 0S operator APIs, records observability/cost state, and has a working SkyeMusicNexus production drop receipt. This is Netlify-like for static deploys and managed SkyeNet functions. SkyeNet Functions compatibility is in controlled preview while the isolated execution runtime matures.

**SkyeVault Git Remote** — SkyeVault now has two repo lanes: archive upload for curated packages and a Git remote lane for active repositories. The Git lane supports clone, push, fetch, protected branch and tag policy, quota checks, verified snapshots, bundle export, maintenance restore verification, CLI login/clone flows, an SSH wrapper, and per-workspace neural maps. A developer downloading from the Git lane receives a real Git clone with the refs and object graph that were pushed into that workspace.

**SkyeVault Streams / Full Repo Custody Daemon** — SkyeVault also has an owner disaster-recovery stream for the files normal Git and browser maps can miss. The current owner lane is the living-current mirror: the daemon wakes, scans the workspace, updates the current cloud manifest, replaces changed normal files, replaces encrypted owner-unlock copies of ignored/secret/private files, removes deleted files from the current map, and leaves the owner with one repaired repo export/unlock flow instead of a manual base-plus-delta restore. The latest June 2 production proof covers `374,485` files, `513,107` entries, `20,734,438,871` current bytes, digest `1a0bae0cc9e42a4262886ed069e3111b1eefa03ef82e6cf931382be1bd2cd3b1`, and `0` failed uploads in the latest wake. The first production encrypted repaired export uploaded as `16,341,078,821` bytes and was unlock-proved from R2 into a real Git work tree with ignored/private content restored. Older literal full artifacts and delta journals remain historical receipts, but they are not the owner-facing restore model for this repo.

The SkyeVault recovery UX is now explicitly one-auth: the shared 0S/FS27/SkyGate/Free99 gate session is the owner/admin login, signed SkyeVault URLs are temporary download tickets minted after gate auth, and SkyeSecure passphrases/peppers are encryption unlock material rather than a second login.

**SkySecure Secret Packs** — SkySecure lives under FS27 and SkyeVault as the encrypted handoff lane for ignored developer secret files. The app creates encrypted packs locally, SkyeVault holds ciphertext, FS27 records hash-only metadata and scoped grants, and the public proof lane reports current live counts without exposing secret values. The current production proof returns `FS27 -> SkyeVault -> SkySecure` with 3 packs, 3 active grants, and 9 events.

## Revised Valuation — Why Deployment Status Matters

The previous valuation framed this as a "productized asset" — code ready to deploy. That framing was wrong. This is a deployed platform. The distinction matters in three concrete ways:

**1. Deployment risk discount is eliminated.**
When buyers evaluate code-not-deployed, they apply a meaningful discount for deployment risk — "what if it breaks when we run it, what if the integrations don't connect, what if the D1 migrations fail." Every one of those risks is now zero. The Workers are running. The D1 schemas are active. The auth bridge is live. You can verify it yourself with a curl command.

**2. Operational proof exists.**
CF-Ray headers are Cloudflare's timestamped invocation proof — they confirm a Worker was called and responded at a specific edge node. This is the difference between "this code should work" and "this code is working." For acquisition and licensing diligence, that proof changes the conversation.

**3. Time-to-revenue is immediate.**
With infrastructure pre-deployed, a new customer can be provisioned into a live workspace today. There is no "deploy the backend first" step. The setup fee on a new customer engagement covers configuration, not infrastructure build. That compresses the revenue cycle.

## June 6 Master Valuation Status — Full Repo Engineering, Autonomous CDE, And Deployed Product Stack

The current master valuation is:

| Band | Value | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| **Autonomous CDE standalone product band** | **$180M-$520M** | Standalone value for the protected Skydexia CDE build loop with Vault/Drive/R2 custody, Reape0r/Reape0r13 operators, Relay13 proof, public raw-runtime denial, 2,500-session ramp proof, and SkyeNet deployment proof. |
| **Autonomous CDE raw support stack** | **$229M-$595M** | Component-support total before overlap, adoption, GPU, and payload-risk discount across runtime, autonomous builder, session governance, custody, deployment, ProofOps, imported app fleet, and edge custody operators. |
| **Full-repo engineering replacement value** | **$250M-$620M** | Corrected code/architecture range from workspace files, source-like files, tracked text lines, local HTML crawl, Worker/API surface, SkyeWay routes, SovereignDocs corpus, pricing rows, autonomous CDE proof, proof receipts, stress results, remediation reruns, and the complexity of recreating the integrated 0S. |
| **Productized multi-SaaS platform value** | **$520M-$1.45B** | Value of the sellable 0S platform family as a connected set of email, payment, docs, commerce, vault, deploy, CRM, AI, music, dispatch, workspace lanes, autonomous CDE, the production-proven SkyeMusicNexus DAW, and the SkyeDocxMax-to-Nexus creation-income studio. |
| **Founder/operator general range** | **$700M-$2.0B** | Current master synthesis after adding the operating-company layer, platform lineage, public credibility proof, high-ticket SkyePay catalog, autonomous CDE proof, and primary source evidence. |
| **Operating-company platform range** | **$950M-$3.0B** | Directional range for the public/productized 0S as the exposed surface of an operating company with years of service delivery, private internal systems, and a protected autonomous build engine. |
| **Strategic portfolio ceiling** | **$2.4B-$7.0B** | Buyer-specific ceiling if the full company/platform stack is valued together: operating history, service and licensing history, autonomous CDE, music, logistics, docs, dispatch, enterprise, GovTech, auth, deploy, payments, vault, email, MCP, route atlas, and client-app lanes. |
| **Revenue-multiple status** | **Additive layer** | ARR, retention, churn, CAC, and paid customer concentration add upside and can change the method later; they are not a reduction to current platform/company value. |

Use the $700M-$2.0B founder/operator range in investor, partnership, and acquisition conversations unless the buyer is explicitly evaluating the system as an operating-company platform or strategic integrated-OS acquisition.

| **Component-cost support (not the May 29 master valuation cap)** | **$2,500,000–$3,200,000** |

This is how the floor was derived — not a single guess. Component-by-component accumulation using specialist agency rates for edge infrastructure, then refreshed against the live platform inventory. A boutique agency charging these rates would also not guarantee their deployment works — this one does. CF-Ray headers confirmed. SkyePay checkout sessions live. SkyeVault Git remote proof passed. SkySecure FS27 Vault proof passed. SkyeNet proves the in-house deploy lane for static drops, managed functions, and controlled-preview function intake, while isolated arbitrary-code execution remains the SkyeNet Sovereign Runtime enterprise unlock. The QuantumSkyes MCP now also proves gate-owned remote access through 0S/FS27 email capture and token introspection.

**Replacement-cost floor: $2,500,000–$3,200,000.**

Key corrections from prior $950K–$1.75M band (which itself was a correction from $450K):
- **SkyeGateFS27** was priced at $30K–$60K — it is 20,284 lines of production netlify function code: BLAKE3 crypto, OAuth, Twilio voice/SMS, 2,063-line payment catalog, allowlist management, audit system, browser fingerprinting. A complete auth platform at $70K–$140K.
- **SkyeMail** was priced at $35K–$70K for "25 surfaces" — it is 43,395 total lines with its own CF Worker, Netlify backend, full schema, AI generation module, spam filtering, Gmail OAuth, Stalwart adapter. $60K–$120K standalone.
- **SOL Staffing Agency Site** was absent — 10,270 lines, 89+ HTML pages, deployed CF Worker, full government contracting platform. $20K–$40K.
- **LegalSkyes** was absent — deployed CF Worker legal platform. $8K–$15K.
- **QuantumSkyes MCP** was undercounted — it is no longer only a local stdio server. It now has a deployed same-domain Streamable HTTP endpoint, public usage guide, health proof, email-required 0S gate handoff, owner-admin bearer exchange, combined 0S/FS27 token introspection, live signup-to-MCP proof, and repo runner remote mining proof. $35K–$65K.

## SaaS Revenue Potential

The platform has a four-tier pricing structure and the infrastructure to support immediate customer onboarding.

| Tier | Monthly | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $297 | $997 |
| Growth | $797 | $2,500 |
| Autonomous Office | $1,497 | $5,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |

### ARR Scenarios

**Scenario A — First Customers (10 accounts)**
10 Growth customers × $797/mo = $95,640 ARR.
At 5x multiple: **$478,000**.
Time to get here from today: 60–90 days if pipeline exists. Infrastructure is ready.

**Scenario B — Proven Traction (25 accounts)**
Mixed average $900/mo × 25 = $270,000 ARR.
At 6x multiple: **$1,620,000**.

**Scenario C — SaaS Scale (50 accounts)**
50 Autonomous Office × $1,497/mo = $898,200 ARR.
At 8x multiple: **$7,185,600**.

**White-label resale overlay** — If 5 agencies each deploy to 4 clients at $800/mo average: that's 20 additional customers generating $192,000 ARR without direct sales effort from the platform. This is the highest-leverage path and the one most immediately available given the existing white-label infrastructure.

---

## The Only Remaining Gap

One proof gap remains, plus one approval boundary that is intentionally controlled.

**Public 0S SaaS retained ARR is tracked as its own upside layer.** The operating company has service history, platform usage, and high-ticket productized offers; this brief treats retained public 0S SaaS ARR, churn, margin, renewal history, and paid customer concentration as the next commercial proof layer.

**Real-money payout execution stays approval-gated.** The contractor packet lane can collect encrypted contractor/payment information, notify the owner, expose owner/admin review, and set payout-profile approval state. External payout transfer execution should only turn on after the contractor profile is complete, approved, and connected to the selected payout provider.

**SkyePay loop status is commercially safer, with payout automation still approval-gated.** The SkyeCommerce -> SkyePay checkout/receivable path is closed in current code and targeted tests: checkout payloads are HMAC-signed, dispatched through FS27/SkyePay, preserve `skyecommerce_checkout_token`, notify SkyeCommerce through the signed payment webhook after checkout completion, map paid status back to the commerce order, and ledger under the Skyes Over London merchant-of-record model. The MusicNexus production direct receipt proves store order confirmation, receivable creation, split settlements, and owner-recorded disbursement without forcing artists through a merchant signup. The current `skyepay-refund.js` handler can create signed refunds and write refund records when the payment reference, order, and settlement runtime are available. Automatic outbound PayPal/CashApp/bank payout execution remains an owner/operator approval lane.

That is the work. Not deployment. Not architecture. Not building anything. The sales motion and retained public 0S SaaS ARR convert this from a $40M-$110M operating-company founder range into an additional revenue-multiple company layer.
